Talcott Parsons (1909-1979) a sociology theorist talks about sociology from methodological individualism . He takes hence from Max Weber & derived protestant ethics & spirit of capitalism theory. He talks about action that every individual takes from this theory. So that research how the action falls on whole system with five empiricals. These are Particularism-Universalism, Aspiration- Achievement, Affectivity- Affective Neutarlity, Collective orientation- Self Orientation, Diffuseness- Specificity.
